  • Advance (Booking Fee) : 50% advance to reserve the date.
  • On Event Completion : 25% immediately after the shoot.
  • Final Delivery : remaining 25% on handover of album & video.
  • Photo Selection : client selects photos for the album within 15–30 days of receiving raw photos.
  • Travel & Food : for out-of-town events, the team's travel and stay are arranged by the client.
  • Advance Payment & Refund Policy : Once the advance booking payment has been made, it is non-refundable under any circumstances.
  • Changes to Booking : Any changes or modifications to the booked services must be communicated at least 5 days before the event date. Requests for changes made on the event day will not be accepted.
  • Additional Services & Charges : Any extra services, deliverables, or requirements beyond the agreed package will incur additional charges.
